To contribute to the long-term management and control of the company, Firmainvest A/S will typically be a member of the board of directors. The strategy of Firmainvest is to invest in small- and medium sized companies who need capital for development and growth. Our focus is Danish companies.   We are not bound by requirements of industry, age or size of the company. We are keen on the capital is used for growth, development, restructuring or similar. The equity interests of Firmainvest A/S will range from 10-49% of total shares. In order to ensure mutual economic interests, we find it important, that the daily management and board are investing partners as well.   Our strength is capital and skills unified in a strong network. For each investment we carefully assemble a consortium of investors with the right skills, risk profile and economics. This ensures us the presence of sufficient capital, why no additional investors has to be involved. Also we ensure, that capital and competences are linked together.
